Before returning a product, a Return Authorization Number must
be obtained from Grouchos Buried Treasures® by completing the Return Authorization
Request form below. The R.A. number should be marked clearly on the outside of the container.
PRODUCT RETURNS: NON-DEFECTIVE/NON-BROKEN ITEMS
Returns for non-defective/non-broken items must be made within 30 days after
delivery for credit, accompanied by a copy of original receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Items returned to us must be received undamaged and in re-salable condition. Products in new re-salable condition are described as having NO scratches, dents, fingerprints or otherwise show any signs of use.Items which show sign of use will be subject to a 15% restocking and/or buffing fee.
We can only refund initial shipping charges or return shipping charges incurred by you if item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.
PRODUCT CLAIMS
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us
immediately for credit or replacement at no charge.
The product should be returned along with the original packaging and documentation.
If a shipping container is visibly damaged, file an immediate claim with the
carrier first, and retain the container and its contents for inspection.We are not able to refund shipping charges incurred unless item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.
